1 Notice of Recording/Webcast

3 Declarations of Interests

Members are reminded they must declare all relevant  pecuniary and other registerable interests arising from any business to be discussed at this meeting.

 

If a disclosable pecuniary interest is declared a Member must not participate in any discussion or vote on the matter and must not remain in the room unless they have been granted a dispensation.

 

If other registerable interests are declared a Member may speak on the matter only if members of the public are allowed to speak at the meeting but otherwise must not take part in any discussion or vote on the matter and must not remain in the room unless they have been granted a dispensation.    

 

If it is a ‘sensitive interest’, Members do not have to disclose the nature of the interest, just that they have an interest.

4 Committee Membership
To note the resolution of the City Council Meeting on 27 January 2026 appointing Councillor Philip Mills (Liberal Democrat) to serve on the Committee to the period ending with the Annual Meeting of City Council 2026.
5 Minutes - Corporate and Finance Overview and Scrutiny Committee
To confirm the minutes of the Corporate and Finance Overview and Scrutiny Committee meetings held on 6 January 2026 and 23 January 2026.
6 Corporate and Finance Overview and Scrutiny Committee Action Tracker
To review and note the actions from previous Corporate and Finance Overview and Scrutiny Committee meetings.
7 The Cost of Living Programme and the Transition to the Crisis and Resilience Fund

To receive an update report on the Cost of Living Programme since the Committee's last review in February 2025.

In attendance: Kalvinder Kohli, Director, Early Intervention and Prevention; and officers from the Cost of Living Programme team. Philip Fletcher, Cost of Living Programme Manager will be in attendance online.

Representatives from external organisations will also be in attendance to share examples of the support provided through the programme.

8 Corporate and Finance Overview and Scrutiny Committee Work Programme
To receive the Corporate and Finance Overview and Scrutiny Committee work programme along with the six other scrutiny committee work programmes.
