1 Notice of Recording/Webcast
The Chairman to advise/meeting to note that this meeting will be webcast for live or subsequent broadcast via the Council's Internet site (www.civico.net/birmingham) and that members of the press/public may record and take photographs except where there are confidential or exempt items.

4 Request for Call In: Single Contract Negotiations - Clean Air Zone Mitigations application and Case Management System

To consider the "Request for Call In" (the portfolio  holder and the lead officer identified in the report have been summoned to attend the meeting).

The following documents are attached in respect of the public papers:-

(A) The public executive decision record.

(B) The relevant form for the "Request for Call In" lodged by Councillors Robert Alden and Ewan Mackey.

(C) The public report considered by the Cabinet Member in reaching the decision.
