3 Declarations of Interests

Members are reminded they must declare all relevant  pecuniary and other registerable interests arising from any business to be discussed at this meeting.

 

If a disclosable pecuniary interest is declared a Member must not participate in any discussion or vote on the matter and must not remain in the room unless they have been granted a dispensation.

 

If other registerable interests are declared a Member may speak on the matter only if members of the public are allowed to speak at the meeting but otherwise must not take part in any discussion or vote on the matter and must not remain in the room unless they have been granted a dispensation.    

 

If it is a ‘sensitive interest’, Members do not have to disclose the nature of the interest, just that they have an interest.

To agree the minutes from the meeting held on 16th October 2024. 
To review and note the actions from previous Health and Social Care Overview and Scrutiny Committee meeting.
 
To provide an overview for committee members on the joint NHS and Health and Social Care policy, governance arrangements, and joint funding.
 
ICB to provide outline on an emergency temporary relocation of the North Birmingham Urgent Treatment Centre (NB UTC) to Good Hope Hospital.
Committee to receive details of the context, rationale and approach, in relation to the current public consultation on the Council’s internally operated Adult Social Care’s Care Centres, together with an update on the current position in relation to the responses received to date.
 
To update the committee on its current 24/25 work programme in the context of the Council’s improvement and financial recovery plans and priorities.

To consider any request for call in/councillor call for action/petitions (if received).
