"That City Council agrees that:

1. The Employment Committee be increased by one member to 8;

2. Subject to the increase in membership of the Employment Committee being agreed the political proportionality of the Council and the changes to Committee membership set out in Appendix 1 be noted.

"That Council:

1. Approve a change to the Councils definition of a key decision, uplifting the value of the revenue financial threshold from £500,000 to £1,000,000.

2. Approve and adopt the revised constitution.

3. That the Constitution Working Group carry out a review of the operation of the revised constitution with a report to the Council Business Management Committee prior to the end of 2027/28 municipal year.

4. Delegate authority to the Monitoring Officer, in consultation with the Leader, to make any minor changes and factual corrections to the Constitution that may be required."

1. Council agree to the continued use of Political Assistants as set out in the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (the Act).

3. That Council agree that political assistants be appointed to the 3 largest political groups in accordance with the Act."
