Councillor Roger Harmer to move the following recommendations:

 

"That:

1. Council agree to the continued use of Political Assistants as set out in the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (the Act).

2. To reaffirm the appointment process as originally agreed by Council in September 2019.

3. That Council agree that political assistants be appointed to the 3 largest political groups in accordance with the Act."
