To confirm and authorise the signing of the Minutes of the Ordinary Meeting of the Council held on 6 December 2016.

3 Honorary Freedom of the City

 To consider a report of the Council Business Management Committee.

 

Councillor John Clancy to move the following Motion: 

 

"The City Council posthumously confers upon the 21 victims of the Birmingham Pub Bombings who lost their lives on 21 November 1974 the Honorary Freedom of the City of Birmingham and admits them to the Roll of Honorary Freedom of this City."
