1 Notice of Recording
Chairman to advise/meeting to note that members of the press/public may record and take photographs except where there are confidential or exempt items.
2 Appointment of Sub-Committee

To note the resolution of the Council Business Management Committee passed on 1 June 2017 appointing the Lord Mayor's Advisory Group for the Municipal Year 2017/18 with the following Membership:-

Councillor Diane Donaldson (Lab)

Councillor Mike Leddy (Lab)

Councillor John Lines (Con)

Councillor Gareth Moore (Con)

Councillor Carl Rice (Lab) - Chairman

Councillor Shafique Shah (Lab)

Councillor Mike Ward (Lib Dem)

 

N.B. Please note at the City Council meeting on 7 November 2017 Councillor Shafique Shah replaced Councillor Carl Rice as Deputy Lord Mayor.  Therefore, Councillor Chauhdry Rashid will become a Member as the currently serving Councillor who was the third previous Lord Mayor.  Changes will be formalised at the Council Business Management Committee meeting ion 20 November 2017.

8 Authority to Chair and Officers
Chair to move:-

'In an urgent situation between meetings, the Chair jointly with the relevant Chief Officer has authority to act on behalf of the Committee'.
