To support the scoping, planning and development of transformation and improvement architecture. This contract seeks to establish a more efficient and effective way of sourcing support, specialist resources and expertise over a number of years. It will enhance delivery capacity and allow the Council to have a coherent overview of all the resources engaged on transformation and improvement. It will further ensure the resources are managed accordingly, whilst ensuring value for money and successful achievement of deliverables and outcomes.
