To seek approval to vary the existing construction contract and instruct the Stadium Contractor to form two temporary transport malls in Perry Park: A Spectator Mall to manage the flow of spectators to and from the venue; and a Games Family Mall to manage vehicles associated with athletes and officials. The scope includes reinstatement of the park to open public space following completion of the Commonwealth Games.
