To seek approval for Birmingham City Council’s role in the development and submission of a regional bid with Big Issue Invest (BII) to the Home Office on 22nd June 2021 as part of the Refugee Transitions Outcomes Fund. If the bid is successful, to seek authority for Birmingham City Council to accept resources to be released and to enter into a Performance Management Agreement (or appropriate legal agreements) with BII to deliver the Home Office Refugee Transitions Outcome Fund.
