To seek Cabinet approval for an amendment to a decision approved by Cabinet on 17th March 2020 re the commissioning plan and commencement of a procurement strategy for Vulnerable Adults Support for Disabilities and Mental Health.
The report will request Cabinet approval to defer the 42-day public consultation via Be Heard on the recommissioning of Integrated Prevention Services (C0218) contract (Tranche 2) to progress in alignment to refreshed timetabling requirements due to the impact of Covid-19.
In addition Cabinet will be asked to note that new proposed commissioning timetabling, including consultation, will be outlined in a future report when circumstances are less challenging.
