Birmingham
City Council has a statutory duty to produce an annual report of the Director
of Public Health. The 2019/20 report focuses on adults with multiple complex
needs, for example homelessness, substance misuse and mental health issues. The
report includes lived experience testimony from two citizens and makes recommendations
for actions. The annual report also includes a progress report against the
recommendations from the 2018/19 annual report.
