This report seeks approval to enter into a Deed of Variation to the existing agreements dated 8th June 2016 between the Council, Canal & River Trust, Canal & River Trading CIC and Icknield Port Loop LLP and a Deed of Variation dated 21st September 2018 between the owners and the LLP, for the release of the land comprising the existing buildings.
