To make cabinet members aware of the decision to implement the Public Space Protection Order in the mentioned area. A consultation has been completed in the area with residents and businesses, which has given enough evidence to proceed with the implementation of the PSPO. Due to the size of the PSPO being across 2 or more wards this is a key decision. The report details the various stages of consultations completed and the data which supports the need for a PSPO.
