2.1 The Committee noted the policies approved by City Council:
- relating to the Gambling Act 2005 and approved in 2013;
- regarding Sexual Entertainment Venues and approved in 2014;
- relating to the Licensing Act 2003 and approved in 2015;
2.2 The Committee noted the changes to the Poisons Act as detailed in paragraph 17 of Appendix 1 of the report.
2.3 The amendment to paragraph 3.16.1 of Appendix 1, as detailed in Paragraph 4.7 was agreed.
2.4 The Committee approved the policies and procedures contained in Appendix 1 of the report that related to all other matters.
