Decision Details

1. Approved total project expenditure of £331,769, funded from the School Condition Allocation Grant, for the delivery of window replacement works at Stanville Primary School. This comprises £282,282 for contractor costs, £14,823 for professional fees, £9,664 for Education Infrastructure capitalisation fees, and a £25,000 contingency allowance.
   
   
2. Approved the Full Business Case appended to this report at Appendix A.
   
   
3.  Approved the award of a contract to Graham Asset Management Limited in the sum of £282,282 (inclusive of a £25,000 contingency allowance), forming part of the total project cost set out in paragraph 3.1, commencing in August 2026 for a period of 12 weeks, as detailed in section 4.7 of the report.
   
   
4. Noted that any VAT attributable to the costs payable by the Local Authority is reclaimable under Section 33 of the VAT Act 1994 and 
   
   
5. Authorised the City Solicitor (or their delegate) to take all necessary steps to give effect to the above recommendations.
