On 17 January 2020, Cabinet agreed:-
- To appoint Councillor Phil Davis (Lab) as Director of the Birmingham Museums Trust Ltd for the remainder of the term, i.e. from 21 January 2020 until 23 June 2020;
- To appoint Reverend William Sands to the Yardley Educational Foundation from 21 January 2020 until 20 January 2023, as Governor.
