Decision Outcome
On 20 September 2016, Cabinet:-
(i) Approved the revised multi-year capital programme of £1,186.609m;
(ii) subject to the approval of the Enterprise Zone Board, approved the release of development funding of £0.415m funded from Prudential borrowing, to progress the preferred option of the Southside Link to Full Business Case, as detailed in Appendix 11 of the report;
(iii) noted the forecast capital expenditure in 2016/17 is £461.228m;
(iv) noted the actual capital expenditure as at 30 June 2016 was £37.369m, representing 8.1% of the forecast outturn for 2016/17.
