Decision Outcome
On the 27 April 2026 the Director of Infrastructure & Sustainability under delegated authority: -
(i) Approved the acceptance of Active Travel Capability Fund revenue grant funding from the West Midlands Combined Authority for the total value of £1.039m. Individual Project Entry Proposal (PEP) reports will be produced for each project in due course and a project code issued at this point. Expenditure will only be incurred when the PEP/Outline Business Case report is approved; and
(ii) Authorised the City Solicitor & Monitoring Officer (or their delegate) to negotiate, execute, seal, and complete all the necessary documentation to give effect to the above recommendations.
NB: THE DEADLINE FOR CALL IN EXPIRES ON THURSDAY 30 APRIL 2026 AT 1600 HOURS.
