Decision Outcome

On 22 July 2025 Cabinet:-

(i)    Noted the Quarter 1 position, as summarised in paragraph 1.2, and detailed in this             report;

(ii)    Approved the revised Capital Programme budget as per Section 8, paragraph 8.4 to            the report;

(iii)    Approved the use of £4.059m for the Equal Pay Programme that was carried forward           from 2024/25 for use in 2025/26 as part of the Provisional Outturn Report approved             by Cabinet on 24th June 2025;

(iv)    Approved the use of £6.660m for the Oracle Brindley Programme that was carried               forward from 2024/25 for use in 2025/26 as part of the Provisional Outturn Report               approved by Cabinet on 24th June 2025;

(v)     Approved the use of £2.000m for the IRP Transformational Fund that was carried                 forward from 2024/25 for use in 2025/26 as part of the Provisional Outturn Report               approved by Cabinet on 24th June 2025; and

(vi)     Approved that some outstanding individual sundry debts that are more than £25k                are written off. Details of these debts are included in Section 10 and Appendix 1 to              the report. These require Cabinet approval as per the Council’s constitution.
