On 18 September 2025, Cabinet Committee Group Company Governance;

(i)   Approved the award of a contract for the strategic review of Acivico Limited to the value £145k;

(ii)   Approved the scope of work at set out in Exempt Appendix B to the report - Impower Proposal: Acivico Strategic Review; and

(iii)   Noted that in accordance with the scheme of delegation as set out within Part D2 of the Constitution, the Director of Commercial and Procurement Services is authorised to award the contract, to sign all necessary documentation to give effect to the above, in consultation the City Solicitor (Monitoring Officer) (or their delegate).
