On 25 June 2024, Cabinet:-
(i)
Agreed that meetings of the Cabinet be held on
the dates and time set out in Appendix A to the report;
(ii)
Agreed that the bodies detailed in Appendix B to
the report be appointed until the appropriate meeting of the Cabinet in the
next Municipal Year (provisionally set for 24 June 2025) which considers
appointments, with the functions and delegations detailed in Appendix B and
that Members be appointed to serve thereon;
(iii)
Agreed that those appointments which are no
longer needed, detailed in Appendix C to the report, be noted;
(iv)
Noted that any updates to Appendix B, reflecting
the final appointments made at today’s meeting, will be posted on the CMIS
database;
(v)
Noted that a further report, concerning all
representatives to be appointed/re-appointed to serve on Outside Bodies, be
considered by Cabinet on 23 July 2024 and that current appointments to Outside
Bodies remain in place until this time.
