On 17 January 2023, Cabinet:-

 

(i) Noted and considered the outcome of the consultation in respect of the proposed Additional Licensing scheme;

 

(ii) Approved the pursuance of an additional licensing scheme covering all wards;

 

(iii) Approved commencement of the scheme from the 5 June 2023;

 

(iv) Delegated to the Director of Regulation and Enforcement in consultation with the portfolio holder to take such steps as are necessary to promote and implement this decision on behalf of the Council.
