(i) Approved the award of the contracts for the renewal of various insurance policies for a period of 5 years with a break clause after 3 years commencing 1st May 2022 for the estimated total value £18,160,742 to:

 

Lot 1 - Material Damage and Business Interruption (encompassing fire): Risk Management Partners Ltd

 

Lot 2 - Commercial and Industrial Properties:

Risk Management Partners Ltd

 

Lot 3 - Leaseholder Right to Buy:

Allianz Insurance PLC

 

Lot 4 - Casualty (encompassing Employers Liability, Personal Accident and Travel, Public Liability and Fidelity Guarantee):

Risk Management Partners Ltd

 

Lot 5 - Engineering Insurance and Inspection:

Zurich Municipal PLC

 

Lot 6 - Property Terrorism:

(ii) Authorised the Acting City Solicitor & Monitoring Officer to execute and completes all necessary legal documents to give effect to the above recommendation.
