1.1 To seek authority to vary aspects of the contractual and commercial arrangements in place with Birmingham Lend Lease Partnership (BLLP), the City Council’s appointed Local Education Partnership (LEP). In particular to vary the Broadway Academy Hard FM contract to remove all lifecycle obligations. 1.2 The report on the private agenda contains confidential information in relation to the proposals.
