Purpose

On 1 March 2022, Cabinet:-

 

  1. Noted the outcome of the consultation in respect of the proposed Selective Licensing scheme;

     

  2. Approved the pursuance of a selective licensing scheme covering the proposed 25 wards;

     

  3. Approved the submission, to the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, of an application for a Selective Licensing Scheme in Birmingham covering the wards specified in paragraph 1.1 of the report.
