On the 17 March 2026 the Managing Director under delegated authority: -
1. Agreed that the contract for the provision of the Brindley Delivery Partner is awarded to Version 1 Solutions Limited, for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend for two periods of up-to 12 months each, commencing 27th July 2026 for the estimated value of £13.5million.
2. Agreed that decision to exercise extension options will be based on satisfactory performance reviews and financial considerations including budget availability; and
3. Agreed that the City Solicitor (or their delegate) is authorised to prepare, complete and execute all necessary legal documents to give effect to above.
NB: THE DEADLINE FOR CALL IN EXPIRES ON FRIDAY 20 MARCH 2026 AT 1600 HOURS.
