Decision Outcome

On 1 March 2022, Cabinet:-

 

  1. Authorised the Managing Director, City Housing, in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Procurement, the Chief Finance Officer and the City Solicitor and Monitoring Officer, to take up the contractual option to extend for two years subject to satisfactory performance and commercial terms or not extend and re-procure any contracts necessary;

     

  2. Authorised the City Solicitor and Monitoring Officer to enter into any agreements necessary to give effect to the above decision;

     

  3. Approved “Options considered and Recommended Proposal” as set out in section 3 of the exempt appendix to the report.
