At the meeting of Cabinet on 24 August 2017, consideration of this item was deferred and the meeting was adjourned to 1 September 2017. The reconvening of the meeting on 1 September was postponed and the meeting was reconvened on 13 September 2017 at 1130 hours. On 13 September 2017, Cabinet noted the report and recommendations and that the recommendations would be considered in the light of the accompanying private report. Appendix 1 to the report contains more detail about the changes being proposed and more detailed information is contained in the Private Report due to financial, commercial and industrial relations implications. THE DEADLINE FOR CALL IN IS 1600 HOURS ON TUESDAY 19 SEPTEMBER 2017.
