On 16 May 2023, Cabinet:-
(i) Approved the Waiver for the contract extensions as set out in Appendix 2 to the report;
(ii) Approved a 7-month extension for current contracts for the provision of Key Safes and Major Adaptations as detailed in 7.4.2 - 7.4.4 for the maximum value of £6.372m;
(iii) Authorised the City Solicitor (or their delegate) to conclude and enter into all legal documents to give effect to the above.
