Decision Outcome
Upon receipt of nominations made at the meeting, the Cabinet agreed on 17 November 2015 that representatives be appointed/re-appointed to serve on the Outside Bodies detailed in the report appendix as follows:-
(i) That Councillor Shafique Shah (Labour) be appointed to serve as a Representative on Access Committee for Birmingham for the remainder of the 1 year period of office ending on June 2016 in place of Councillor James McKay (Labour);
(ii) That Councillor Shafique Shah (Labour) be appointed to serve as a Representative on West Midlands Strategic Migration Board for the remainder of the 1 year period of office ending on June 2016 in place of Councillor James McKay (Labour);
(iii) That Honorary Alderman Mrs T Stewart (1 Lab) and Mrs M Bartley (1 Lab) be re-appointed and that *………………… (1 Lab) and *………………… (1 Con) be appointed to serve as Nominative Trustees on the Muntz Trust from 2 December 2015 until 1 December 2016;
(iv) That *……………(1 Con) be appointed to serve as a Nominative Trustee on The Charles Lane Trust from 6 December 2015 until 5 December 2019.
