On 6 September 2022, Cabinet:-

 

(i)        Approved the adoption of the Birmingham Design Guide Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) attached as Appendix 1 to the report;

 

(ii)       Approved the withdrawal of 14 superseded Supplementary Planning Documents and Supplementary Planning Guidance to be replaced by the Design Guide, as referenced at Appendix 8 to the report;

 

(iii)       Delegated authority to the Director of Planning, Transport and Sustainability in consultation with the Leader to make any typographical, grammatical, graphical, and presentational changes to the final Birmingham Design Guide prior to adoption.
