On 11
October 2022, Cabinet:-
(i) Approved
adoption of the Edgbaston Reservoir Masterplan Supplementary Planning Document, attached as Appendix 1 of
the report, to guide investment and development decisions plan area;
(ii) Noted
the substantial number of consultation responses and the amendments made to the
masterplan highlighted in paragraph 7.3 and set out in the Consultation
Statement which forms Appendix 2 of the report;
(iii) Delegated
authority to the Director of Planning, Transport & Sustainability in
consultation with the Leader to make any typographical, grammatical, graphical,
and presentational changes to the final version of the SPD prior to adoption.

On Monday 17 October 2022 at 1503 hours, a request for call-in was submitted by Councillors Robert Alden and Richard Parkin. No action on the decision can be taken until the request for call-in has been considered by the Economy and Skills O&S Committee within 15 days of the decision being posted.
