Decision Outcome
On 13 September 2017, Cabinet:-
(i) Noted the City Council’s 2017/18 revenue budget position and the gross pressures identified as at 31st July 2017;
(ii) Noted the latest monitoring position in respect of the City Council’s savings programme and the present risks identified in its delivery;
(iii) Approved the writing off of debts over £0.025m as summarised in Appendix 4 of the report;
(iv) Approved the delegation of the authority to agree a formula for the Devolution Deal funding to be provided to the West Midlands Combined Authority for 2016/17, 2017/18 and beyond, and to make the necessary payments, to the Section 151 Officer.
