On 11 February 2020, Cabinet:-

 

  1. Approved the changes to rents, service charges and garage rents to be implemented from 6 April 2020 (as set out in paragraphs 3.4, 3.5, 3.8 and 3.11 to the report);

     

  2. Approved that there is no inflationary increase in the 2020/21 temporary accommodation charges (as set out in paragraph 3.14 to the report);

     

  3. Approved the service undertaking a full review of the City Council’s provision and charging of temporary accommodation, to be concluded in Summer 2020.
