On the 26 April 2024, the Cabinet Member for Housing and Homelessness;
(i) Approved the planned investment allocation across the various elements and;
(ii) Authorised officers to continue the delivery of this programme through the approved interim contract with the City’s two incumbent contractors for Responsive Repair & Maintenance Services, Gas Servicing and Capital Improvement Work Programmes (Equans and Fortem).
