(i) Noted the contents of the Annual Self-Assessment against the Complaint Handling Code;

 

(ii) Noted the Annual Complaint Performance and Service Improvement Report;

 

(iii) Noted the Council’s Complaints Policy;

 

(iv) Provide a written response to 3.1 and 3.2 for submission to the Housing Ombudsman by the end of July 2024.
