Purpose
Birmingham City Council has collaborated with partners to produce a five-year strategic plan to improve outcomes for babies, children, and young people. Partners have agreed to call our plan, Change for Children and Young People 2023-2028, because we are committed to changing the conditions in which children and young people in Birmingham grow up.
Cabinet is asked to recommend Birmingham’s Change for Children and Young People Plan 2023-2028 for endorsement and adoption by the Full Council.
