On 14 July 2026, the Executive Director of City Operations in conjunction with the Director of Commercial & Procurement (or their delegate), the Executive Director of Finance and Section 151 Officer (or their delegate) and the City Solicitor (or their delegate):

1. Approved the contents of this report in order to implement the procurement strategy and the commencement of procurement activity for miscellaneous drainage works in accordance with the requirement and approach set out in this report; and

2. Authorised the City Solicitor (or their delegate) to take such action as necessary to procure and execute a framework agreement and enter into appropriate contractual agreements via call-off contracts for the provision of miscellaneous drainage works.

 

NB:  THE DEADLINE FOR CALL IN ENDS ON FRIDAY 17 JULY 2026 AT 1600 HOURS.
