(i) Approved the revised multi-year capital programme of £2,030.669m;
(ii) authorised the Strategic Director of Change & Support Services to place orders up to the value of £2m with suppliers selected in accordance with the Procurement Governance Arrangements;
(iii) noted that the forecast capital expenditure in 2016/17 is £371.231m;
(iv) noted that the Actual capital expenditure as at 31st December 2016 was £203.655m, representing 55.0% of the forecast outturn for 2016/17;
(v) noted that the Treasury Management decision to sell BCC’s deferred consideration investment back to the NEC.
