On 28 April 2026 Cabinet:-
(i)
Approved
the commencement of procurement activity to enable the redesign and increased
scope of the Tuition Framework as detailed in the attached report;
(ii)
Delegated
authority to the Executive Director of Children, Young People and Families, in
consultation with the Lead Cabinet Member for Children, Young People and
Families, the Executive Director of Finance and Section 151 Officer, the
Director Commercial & Procurement and the City Solicitor, to -
(a) Approve the procurement strategy and subsequent contract
award following the competitive tendering process; and
(iii)
Delegated
authority to the City Solicitor or their delegate to negotiate, execute and
complete all necessary legal documents in connection with the above decisions.
