Purpose
The Licensing and Public Protection Committee must consider the objections before deciding whether to implement the fee structure that it approved on 18 February 2015. The report also contains a proposal to reduce the Hackney Carriage and Private Hire carry forward balance over a period of three years along with a proposed revised fee structure
