Purpose

Under the Birmingham City Council Act 1990 establishments providing massage and/or treatments are required to be licensed.

Each licence is granted subject to standard conditions.

It is proposed to amend standard condition 8 of appendix A which relates specifically to sunbeds and solaria to come into lie with the current European Standards.
