On Monday 25 March 2019 the Cabinet Members for Children's Wellbeing; Education Skills and Culture; Finance and Resources jointly with the Chief Finance Officer: -
1. Approved an additional payment to M Ingram and T S Courtman Administrators of Accessible Transport Group Contract Services Limitedof £250,000
2. Acceptance of the proposed Temporary Transitional Services Agreement.
THIS DECISION IS NOT SUBJECT TO CALL-IN -
The interests of the Council are likely to be jeopardised unless further mitigation options are instituted immediately and the Chief Executive in consultation with the Leader (or Deputy Leader in his/her absence) has determined that such executive decision is so urgent that its implementation cannot wait until the expiry of the call-in period. [Paragraph 3.7 Part B Council Constitution 11/9/18].
The Chief Executive and the Leader of the Council have agreed that the matters in this report require immediate implementation.
