Decision Outcome

On 23 September 2025, Cabinet Committee – Property:-

 

(i)  Authorised the Assistant Director of Corporate Landlord to enter into a new operational lease of Unit 14 Gravelly Industrial Park on behalf of Adult, Social Care and Health Directorate (for the Library Service) on the terms set out in Exempt Appendix 2, to the report;

 

(ii)  Authorised the City Solicitor to prepare, negotiate, execute, and complete all relevant legal documentation to give effect to the above decisions.

 

THE DEADLINE FOR CALL IN IS 1600 HOURS ON MONDAY 29 SEPTEMBER 2025.
