Decision Outcome

On 16 March 2026 Cabinet Committee – Property:-

(i)       Noted the Pre Decision Scrutiny undertaken by the Economy, Skills and Culture Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 16 July 2025;

(ii)       Authorised the Director of Property & Regeneration to conclude the letting of the Council owned freehold property at Queensbridge Road, Moseley (“the Property”) as shown edged bold black on the attached Appendix A of the report to the party as detailed in Exempt Appendix B of the report;

(iii)      Noted that the incoming tenant will pay a contribution towards the Council’s legal costs, as detailed in Exempt Appendix B of the report; and

(iv)      Authorised the City Solicitor and Monitoring Officer to prepare, negotiate, execute, and complete all relevant legal documentation necessary to give effect to the above.
