Decision Outcome

On 3 November 2025, Cabinet Committee – Property:-

 

(i)   Approved the sale of the Council owned freehold land at Adams Street, Nechells, (“the property”) as shown edged bold black on the attached plan at Appendix, and extending to 0.097 hectares (0.24 acres), to the Purchaser as detailed in the Exempt Appendix B;

(ii)   Noted that the Purchaser will pay a contribution towards the Council’s surveyor and legal costs, as detailed in Exempt Appendix B;

(iii)   Authorised the City Solicitor to prepare, negotiate, execute and complete all relevant documentation to give effect to the above;

(iv)   Noted the feedback from the Economy, Skills and Culture Overview and Scrutiny Committee and the response set out below.
