Purpose
The Licensing Service has received a request from Mr Carl McGregor of Eyetease, seeking permission to install rooftop advertising signs on Birmingham licensed hackney carriage vehicles. A similar request was considered and refused by the former Licensing Committee on 20 February 2008. Mr McGregor has submitted a presentation in support of his request, which is attached as appendix 1 to this report.
