On 15 November 2016 the Deputy Leader jointly with the Strategic Director for Economy:
i) Noted the findings of the twelve month review of the Article 4 Direction contained in Appendix 1 attached to the report;
ii) Endorsed the continued operation of the Article 4 Direction for Selly Oak, Harborne and Edgbaston on the existing boundary and threshold policy;
iii) Endorsed working in conjunction with the Housing Service in the Place Directorate; to explore the findings of the Government's consultation on the future of Houses in Multiple Occupation licensing.
NOTE: CALL IN ENDS 1600 HOURS ON FRIDAY 18 NOVEMBER 2016.
