Cabinet on 16 February 2016:- a) Authorised the extension of the current Framework Agreements for the provision of adults’ services and children’s home support until 30 September 2017 and noted the associated procurement timetable in paragraph 5.8 of the report for its replacement; b) Authorised the City Solicitor to negotiate, execute and complete all relevant legal documentation to give effect to the above recommendations.
